Amount of units from quest decreased ?!

The amount of units used to be 5-10-15 for completion of quests now it's 5-5-10 and decreased for mastering the quests as well...
Is that intended or an issue and why would you do that ?!

    In total the amount of units should still be the same

    Thanks ! I found that after first 3 chapters it is increased so the total is the same as you said.
