Known Issue: Blade's PI Inflated after updating to 16.0

Hey All,
We are currently pushing a fix for a bug that caused Blade's PI to inflate for some Summoners following the update to 16.0 this morning. It will go back to the correctly stated PI numbers in 15.1 (the PI he was at yesterday).
