Halfway to another gifting event - time for a change?

Last year’s gifting event made a positive change requiring level 40/act 4 completion for participation. After getting my free Hercules, I had an account that I pushed to level 40 for gifting. My luck was good enough that I kept it and pushed to cavalier when I didn’t feel like playing my main.
Reflecting on that experience, and realizing that we are halfway to the next gifting event, I wanted to share some thoughts about my main (Thronebreaker since Jan 2020) and that event.
TL;DR: I think it’s time for an additional crystal
The long version - the pool of gifting-eligible players is enormous and varied. The gifting crystal is structured in such a way that people at the tails of the curve have things in the crystal they can’t use (or can’t use for a long time).
If you’re not level 60, you can’t use t5cc without the sigil and you certainly can’t use t6b or t3a. My mini still doesn’t have a duped 6-star so the sig stones I got have been unusable.
On the other end, plenty would wince at t4b, t4cc, or maybe even 5-star shards/stones coming out, though I understand many endgame players have exhausted their catalyst supplies.
I think we’ve progressed to a point that there can be a 150-unit crystal targeted at uncollected and below and the 300-unit crystal can be reserved for more endgame resources in whatever appropriate quantities.
