1,000 unit Masteries Bundle

This might be a question for Kabam moderators/admin who might see this because I don't know if any players would know.

Does anyone know if the 1,000-unit masteries bundle (with three carbonadium cores and 5 stony cores) comes out on a schedule? Basically, does anyone know when the offer usually comes out, or is it just random? I'm close to finally completing my masteries so It'd be nice to have at least a rough idea of when to expect it.

Would save me a ton of units as a f2p player lol.

    Random. Unannounced. 2-3 times a year.

    Horrible advice. Masteries are a far wiser unit investment than holiday offers
    That is not what he/she is saying. I think he/she is implying that usually we get these hard to resist unit offers close to 4th of july to get rid of our units so we are more likely to buy them.
