What can we (veteran players) expect from the game?

Hey Kabam
It’s been 6 years since I started playing this game. I’ve been through a lot like other veteran players. All the frustration, gamble, money wasting, instant regret, etc. I mean I’ll take all that because I did get some thrilling moments by pulling god tier champs (mostly based on money). What I wanna talk about right now is what we can expect from the game in the future? I mean the game modes are quite boring and repetitive. Hard to get a new 6 star champion, I mean the cavs are so pricey and the featured crystals always screw us up. I feel like there’s literally nothing I can do except some tedious quests and job-like alliance quests or something like that. The RNG has been so unfriendly to me all the time. Don’t get me wrong, I’m still a fan of this game, but I just wanna have some better gaming experience (including drop rate enhancement and rewards buff) to make me feel more attached to the game which is a paradise to escape from the outside real world as well as the social pressure.
Cheers
