what are the requirements?

Preferably 11K Prestige or higher. But we mostly put an emphasis on communication and being a team player. Follow assignments, sign up to take mini's and bosses or be willing to help out and grow. We've kicked people with crazy rosters for refusing to communicate and be a team player and kept people with "weaker" accounts around because they do their best to help the team.
