Kingpin not shrugging debuffs

I can’t get why am i getting poisons on me instead of them being shrugged off. I have joe fixit synergy and in the image crossbones doesn’t even have a single fury to reduce kingpin ability accuracy and in the synergy it is written that joe fixit makes kp’s purify accuracy a 100% so can i understand why this is happening??

if you remove a debuff, you need to wait half a second to be able to remove the next one. It has happened to me when I used kingpin on path 9.
