Yes, it has been stated it’s planned to be released before July.
No, we shouldn’t accept it will be releaseded before July. Unexpected hiccups, adjustments of rewards based on time, who gets what…

There is still discussion on the fix, the community doesn't believe the problem is resolved. I guess it is risky for Kabam to give compensation before the majority of the community agrees the game is stable.

They promised compensation not that they will fix the game and then drop compensation also providing some compensation may not fix the game but players are frustrated with the lag and other issues in the game so at least for keeping up with the state of game till now Kabam promised the compensation and yes we know it takes awhile to fix the game.
