I need assistance with the account recovery process

Not really sure where to go to now as I have contacted the kabam support and have communicating with them for a couple of days now. The issue is that hey keep requesting the email I used to make the account when that's the very thing I'm trying to get from them. So if anybody from Kabam or anyone else could somehow help with this problem that would be amazing.
The ticket for the support is #275395 for anyone from kabam who sees this.

    Maybe you should post the login info, I'm sure somebody could help with that info. Also your adult film star name is your mother's maiden name followed by the street you grew up on. That's fun to know.
