Recruitment is is chaotic atm, we are having long term (+-) 2-5 years leaving the game duo to or personal reasons or burn out. It started slow, new players can’t keep up. Others stay for 1 season and use alliance as a skipping stone.
Said that it’s getting harder and harder to find new players to fill in the blank spots. A LF alliance options let’s say like incursions march making could provide some relief?
