Some parts of the lanes are not completed even if the path is done and you need to do it over again.
If you finish the chapter it will show 99% complete.

    Please refer to any of the other 943937238923 posts about this.
    They fused some paths together of which you have done 1 and not the other.
    That is why you see parts unexplored, since that piece was part of the unexplored path.
    And YES, it is fair. Because you would have to have done that path if they were not merged regardless.
