He must prevent venom of gain buffs at the begginig of the figth, but the soul prison starts after venom advantages are set.

    Is there an increase ability accuracy node? Mephisto can prevent buffs by 100% at the start of the fight but if the opponent has more than 100% ability accuracy, there's a chance he'll gain buffs.

    There was something similar to this with SymSup a while back. And it lasted like a year.

    It was a shortcut taken by kabam devs to fix that sym supreme vs venom interaction.

    This is the side effect of that 'fix'.
    They made venom buffs trigger when champion starts running "Ready" and Sym nullify triggers at the 'Fight' pop up.

    Mephisto soul imprisonment a activates the same way, but he can only prevent buffs from triggering. Can't prevent the buffs that are already there.
