Unable to receive AW season rewards

I was kicked out of my alliance during the last war of season, obviously I didn't receive season rewards.
I opened a ticket to report it and a member of support told me that they could help me get my rewards but i had to contact them again until season ends, I did so... but they haven't responded anymore. I don't know if support is saturated with tickets or something like that.
Additionally, I haven't been able to join another alliance because it's said that I'll definitely loose my rewards if I join.
