will there be deals for uncollected and below?

Im a semi begginer thats currently a conquerer and its too hard for me to push for uncollected, so will there be any deals to help me push to uncollected?

    Over say at least the last year with better and more available champions the push to uncollected has become decreasingly less difficult. As such the newer progression hurdle is cavalier (and up). Conqueror bundles are almost always tied in with uncollected bundles. There’s now no difference in offers.
