Should I take Hitmonkey to rank 3?

It seems I'm getting my first 6 star rank 3 before I am even thronebreaker. Hitmonkey is unduped does he need the awakening? I am planning to take him against the Grandmaster. Only other option I have is OG Black Panther but he's unduped. What do you all think?

    He is worth it and and I did fight GM using Hit monkey. awesome champ. I he was my 3rd or 4th R3 champ of my account and I guess 1st skill r3.
    Till this day , one of best Cav eq option and really good attached and have good utilities

    Yes. I have a 5/65 HM I used for GM, and a 6* HM I will be bringing up eventually. Easily worth it

    @IronGladiator22 thanks a lot he is exactly who I want to use against GM I have other options too but I needed him Because his crit damage is crazy
