Is Mr Sinister broke?

in Bugs and Known Issues
I tried taking Mr Sinister into 6.3.6 to counter the unblockable specials node since that’s one of his abilities and he still got one shotted from white magneto’s sp2 anyway, am I missing something or is Mr Sinister broke?

    white mag got +50% ability accuracy whenever he got at least 1 prowess and launch sp, maybe because of this
