So my personal real life identity was hacked, I had to go through a process of wiping everything I own to ensure security for myself and online. I had asked Kabam to help me change my email on my account, since I can no longer access my email, or apple account because I had to create new ones. I provided every bit of information required to do so except for the first two purchases which happened 5-6 years ago and I can’t get exact dates. Any advice on this and how to get help on this issue would be greatly appreciated because I really don’t want to lose my 5* R5 Hyperion, Longshot, or Dormammu, Thanks

If you can convince Apple CS that your lost Apple account belongs to you, then you can retrieve your purchase record from App Store. Or else you can try to get back your control over your email account (suppose you have duel authorisation) such that you can retrieve your historical email record.
