Bullet Time Node Issue

I'm exploring 7.2 right now, and I'm doing the bullet time path in 7.2.1. Why is it that I do the necessary things for the node- parry multiple times then dex- and I'm not getting the stun?? It's so inconsistent. Shouldn't I be getting the stun 100% of the time I dex while they have evade chargers? Am I doing something wrong? I'm not using champs with AAR or anything. Kabam, please look into this. It's so frustrating.

    This node is very messed up. I'm parrying and sometimes it stuns them and some times they get the evade charge. I brought Shang chi in and it got even worse, they were getting the evade charges but weren't getting stunned when I dexed. I think the slow made it worse. Android user
