Wiccan/Hulkling Duel Objective

I may be late to the party on this (given the June solo objectives are about to end), but is/was the Wiccan/Hulkling duel objective bugged? I tried to complete it over the weekend, and no matter what fights I did (or where I did them...i.e. practice duels, arena, quest, etc.) I could not earn any points towards this objective. Did anyone else notice this? Was there an announcement about it that I may have missed?
