Rintrah - Description Missing?

After playing with Rintrah for a bit - It seems like there are some missing info in Rintrah's abilities

And right now -
1. it seems that on Cosmics, it still has guaranteed chance to Neutralize, I'm assuming still 120% (but the current description doesn't say it)
This makes me wonder if this description is removed because of a future nerf or that it is missing unintentionally.
2. Another small thing is that Hercules' True Sense buff still activates even under Neutralize effects. Any reasoning behind that?
