Entry costs message misleading

The new sq entry costs apparently is unrefundable even tho the message before entering quests states that any entry cost will be returned if you decide to leave the quest now I can't play today's Sq due to this misreading message.

    They said you keep what you earn even if you exit without completing it. The only way that works is to not have it be refundable. That is the problem with the message they use though, every time there is a new side quest with entry items you never can tell exactly how it will work based solely on that message.
