civil warrior can reduce ultron's bleed accuracy.

in Bugs and Known Issues
as in ultron's descriptions, his functions cant be stopped by ability accuracy reduction. but if fighting civil warrior, his bleed function wont work after awhile. i think they messed up with him cuz falcon can stop his evade too(which he couldnt before the update)
