Kabam ticket response time

Anyone having delayed response times from kabam support? I put a ticket in last Sunday. It’s been one week and still no response! Anyone else having this problem?

    Yeah I told them there was a bug after second war of the offseason, our rating had been locked in t7, the next day they replied to tell me yes my rating won’t be locked because we are tier 7, then I said you misunderstand me look at the photos it’s locked when it shouldn’t be, they replied to that one saying oh yeah well look into it… yesterday. After war season had started and about 9 days after the first email

    The team works as quickly as possible to look into reported issues and respond with a solution or next steps. Some issues may take more time to investigate than others, but the team will work to resolve it as soon as possible.

    Additionally, keep in mind that creating new tickets won't help the team to resolve the issue any faster. If you have new information related to the original report, replying to the original email is that fastest way to make sure the team has the new info at hand for their investigation.
