Jane foster sp3 shock bugged

so in her kit it says while opponent is shocked she has a 21% chance to stun per hit, her sp3 shock never makes her stun. i put wags, 5* quake, 4* quake, hawkeye, to give +30% ability accuracy and it NEVER stuns, sp1 and sp2 shock she's spamming stun locks like crazy so im pretty sure i didn't just get unlucky cause i tried it like 10 times, in realm of legends so no nodes to affect it. If it's not meant to stun then maybe the text needs to be clarified but then the 0.5 second pause is kinda useless without a sp2 or sp1 shock

    Hey there, have you seen this happening in any other game modes? Additionally, would you have any footage you could share, or could you let us know what star rating you Thor was?

    Her abilities state that:

    - All attacks have a 21% chance to inflict a 2.1 second stun debuff
    - Using a special 3 has a 100% chance to inflict a passive shock an opponent. This shock is paused paused for 0.5 seconds each time the opponent is stunned

    However, as you can see in the video, none of the above mentioned interactions are taking place. Winter Soldier is neither being stunned when the sp3 passive shock is active nor is the shock being paused when parry stunned.

    I have an unawakened JF. After she applies her passive shock from her l3, I’ve never been able to stun an opponent. Functions differently then her actual shocks. She only seems to stun opponents who’s are shocked from her l1 or l2. Is this just me or is this by design?

    it happens in all gamemodes, and she's a 6* r3
    i dont really have any footage though cz i cant upload videos here, but its just like any other shock in her sp1 or sp2, except it just doesnt stun with the sp3 one idk why

    Hey there, thanks for the video, passing the info along to the rest of the team. If possible, can you let us know if you had any other Champs on the team at the time and, if so, who? Just trying to get all the info we can so that we can test the different variables more easily.

    Hello Kabam Zibiit, Im not the original poster but Im the one who recorded the video. Earlier I didnt have a forums account so I asked him to post it but as you can see I just made one. To answer your question, nobody else was on the team when I did this, just Jane.
