Quest of valor

I understand this is supposed to trigger a with someone in the alliance earning valor but all morning I been waIting for a quest to trigger I’m in a 12mil Allie we are clearly active at this level but have only had one valor quest trigger can we get some clarification from the game team on this or maybe have the team check to see if it’s triggering the way it’s intended? Thanks for your time and consideration

You can start, just complete the monthly quest, you will be eligible for bounty quest, your alliance member has to complete the monthly quest each one can trigger the bounty quest after completing monthly quest. Just complete not explore

We've had a handful complete it with no bounty mission up and it didn't trigger. One completed it a few minutes ago and then it started.

just completed heroic difficulty and immediately triggered the test of valor bounty mission. This is the 2nd for my alliance.

Now I'm wondering should I do only 1 path which consists 2 fights or 1 level of difficulty entirely which consists of 5 paths (2 fights each path) that is 10 fights? I chose hard difficulty by the way.

we have had 3 so far, I am unsure how many points of Valor it takes to trigger them tho

Do 1 path = 2 fights in each difficulty and you get all rewards that are possible
