Negative balance that needs to be resolved
Please look into my game account because there is a negative balance, due to some billing misunderstanding. However, I did my part and I called Apple pay and my bank and they said, "everything looks good from there part and payment went through." I can send over bank statement if needed to fix my game account. However, I would rather email that directly to you personally. Please check on this matter because there is no way I'll be double paying for anything. Thank you.
