Map 6 AQ Rewards hiccup

We just finished Map 6 alliance quest and when I clicked on the in game mail for rewards I received 3 total battle chips were I would usually get 15,000. The chip total slowly counted 1,2,3.... and never went above. I closed and reopened game and nothing came up.
