Let's face it, those who don't have Tigra are kinda screwed...
Guillotine or Jane Foster on a lucky run can solo him but who wants to Rank Up those Champions? 😐
Well, if used properly Doom can kill Overseer in 2 revives, and that's cheap enough in my opinion.
P.S - He can't solo him because of Overseer's Ability Reduction
