So let's day i haven't ranked up a molegod. Do I get a rank down ticket? If yes when? And who can I use it on?

Pretty sure they said it was a Mole Man specific rank-down ticket (can't be used on other champs).

Yes you still get it and it can only be used on moleman. It would be the same kind of tickets like when the shehulk nerf happened
