stark spidey succeeding heavies not power draining [Not A Bug]

Hello. First stark spidey heavy attack power drains but second third and succeeding ones are not. Is this supposed to be working this way?

Hey @Fingfangfoomfanes. MarzGroove is correct; there is a 30 second cool-down between each power drain, even if you're landing multiple heavy attacks in a row. I hope this clears things up!
