Thronebreaker requirements

So I am cavalier going to thronebreaker.
This morning I went to check the rewards for Act 6 and noticed the breaker of thrones title is now being given for fully exploring act 6.
However, in the title progression page it still says that thronebreaker is given up completion of act 6 plus 1 r3 6*.
Are those 2 different titles? Or requirements have changed? If so which one is correct?

Thronebreaker is for complete act 6 and have 1 r3.
Breaker of Thrones is for 100% act 6.
