SP3 Finishing Animation

I just fought weapon x in war and after using SP3 he went in and attacked me(no he wasn't unstoppable or unblockable)without giving me time to dex or block. This isn't the first time this been happening and been experiencing all over the game content. This needs to be checked out.

    Weapon X in particular seems broken. He got a fair combo on me, but then went in again immediately after and I could parry/dex it.
