Cavalier Event Quest Exploration Objective not working

in Bugs and Known Issues
I explored Cavalier EQ and got Thronebreaker from the rewards. Now, I have an objective to explore it which isn't being marked complete.

I've tried restarting, relogged, and completed the quest again but no use!

Kindly guide me!

    You explored it before you were eligible for the objective. I would put in a ticket with Kabam and see if they can reset it.

    I did. The first person told me to redo the quest and it'll work. When I said I've done it, the second person says it's not supposed to be marked as complete. WHAT!? It's like the customer service is just taught to make excuses and assumptions.
