Hey Jax, I wonder if you could give some insight into why the RDTs don’t give any sigs or awakening gems back? Is it because they can’t distinguish between when items were used?

As in, if I have a sig 200 Moleman and used a hypothetical sig ticket it would give me an awakening gem and 200 sigs, even if I only used 20 sigs on Moleman and awakened him naturally through a Crystal?

I ask because the RDTs give out basic cats even if you used a 3-4 skill gem on Moleman to rank him in the first place. But equally, someone may have used a generic or skill 6* awakening and/or plenty of sigs which are incredibly rare items. Was there any conversation on how to address this, and can you give us any info on Kabam’s thoughts here

Here is an interesting one..... Let's say you took Mole Man to r3 for TB. He is currently your only rank 3 champ. If you use the rank down ticket on him, do you revert back to Cav, or do you remain TB? This is actually happening to a person in my alliance as we speak. They want to rank him down, but not if it costs them TB.

I can't speak for Jax, but if I had to venture a guess, I'd say you're correct about them not being able to distinguish. I don't see the coding being able to calculate those Items used in any kind of generic way of distribution.

Since mine isn’t duped i assume it’s safe to rank him down and then up again for lvl up?
I feel bad for everyone who has him awakened.

If you don't use the rankdown tickets then the "consequences" is that your moleman will continue to be the exact same as he is now. You do not have to use these if you are happy with the current status of your moleman.

Agreed, I’m 99% sure that’ll be the case but it would be nice for clarification. Especially since we can see it can’t distinguish between rank up gems and catalysts

I used mine the other day and got no ISO or stones or gold .. they came today and i redeemed again but that didn't help because i had already redeemed it so still no ISO, stones or gold

So can I use Rank Up Gems on my Mole Man to Rank him up now, then use the Rank Down Tickets to Rank him down, and get ISO, Gold, and Catalysts?

As a way to convert Rank Up Gems in my inventory into ISO, Gold, and Catalysts. Will I get Skill Class ISO?

No updates. Decided not to risk it due to potentially losing the 5 points he got so far in EOP. Makes sense to me.

But clarification on this would be appreciated. @Kabam Miike maybe?

They come around once every couple of years and you're calling them stupid. They're going to take this personally.
