with these provided screenshots I am trying to make it clear that I am disappointed because after hearing about the rank down tickets I did intend to use them and was instead going to use the resources to rank up falcon because that Frenzy while in true accuracy was one of the big reasons I played mole man and had mastered to accuracy frenzy phase which is why for a while I preferred him over falcon because having the guaranteed crits was huge but as shown in the mail I have not received any rank down tickets despite having a five-star Max mole man that is also awakened if I could get some kind of reason for this I would be grateful because as stated these are on a timer0
