Help my game is broken!!

Here's a list of issues:
1)Red and white question marks everywhere
2)Cannot download new updates in-game with mobile high-speed data
3)I dont have a stable enough connection to download updates aside from google play which I use mobile data for
4) Extreme lagging due to either my phone (LGTP260) or thr lack of data due to download failure.
This problem has made the game unplayable and it has been in this state for more them 2 months. Somebody help me for the love of god! Ive cobtacted Kabam and none of their forums or troubleshooting guides have helped.
