Basic tier5 catalyst can be acquired by doing harder content.. cavalier difficulty.. some of the variant have tier5 basic fragments or complete.. or can be purchased with glory from glory store.

Check the the Story Milestone beginner rank up to highest level (paragon), it is highly recommended that you rank up to have highest amount of mastery points to and higher storage capacity for resources.
