Master / P1 ally looking for 2 after season

Hey all, our alliance is looking for approx. 2 new members after season.
We need ACTUALLY talented players who are able to solo all their fights in war, have diverse roster and a variety of attacker options.
Basically members who can switch paths, play with a number of attackers, and get all bonuses while doing so.
About us.
Our alliance is Master / P1, we have had 3 Master finishes in the last 3 seasons. The rank this season will depend on remaining matchups however Master each season is our goal that everyone works on.
In AQ from next season we will do map 8 in season and map 6 in offseason. When AQ rewards are updated we will do map 8 full time.
Member requirements and expectations:
- 14k+ prestige
- Tier 1 experience
- Very high level of skill (war videos to show that - from season) - expected to solo practically everything, pls consider that before applying,
- Diverse roster (at least one r4 and 30+ r3s)
- readiness to r3 / r4 attackers and defenders
- readiness to properly boost for all fights (at least 30% plus grey boosts - you'll need a pack from cav EQ for that)
- readiness to switch masteries for attack / defense
