Bug in a path in 7.2.2

There is a path in 7.2.2 which has particle reflector node giving defender 85% chance to glance attacks and when we dex it puts disorients on defender reducing DAA by 35%. After 3 disorients the defender should not be able to glance my hits but even when he has more than 5 disorients he still glances most of my combo. I have shared a video and i think this path is currently bugged. Any thoughts?
