Carina challenge rewards

I completed all the carina challenges but was saving the last few as my signature stone inventory was full now I can't claim my final prize. Any one know how to fix this?

    It doesn't even make sense as I've completed them all

    One of the challenges was removed, the Act 6.4.6 challenge. If you didn't complete that before the recent Act 6 nerf then it's probably what you're missing.
