I need help with act 5

I had been progressing through Act 5 with kinda a lot of trouble, and now that I've hit 5.1.3 it's like I'm using the wrong team/champs I get part of the way through, but always end up needing revives/health to make it through. Please help me and also I don’t really know how the game works as in synergies and stuff
