Abolish other useless mastery and build new ones.

Agree, mastery system shall be imporved. Eg: Class type masteries, which is not really used by most summoners, can be put into a new group and be utilised above recent mastery points. Why are there so many masteries if detect masteries are used by none? It would be nice to use them, but I will never use them in exchange of suicide masteries or deep wouds, assasin...etc. masteries. There are plenty other unused masteries, but why? Why there are no more mastery points? At least class type masteries should be used over recent mastery points.
