HELP Why can’t I play? It won’t open

Idk what’s wrong here I open it and it loads like it’s ready to open and then says it failed to connect to my network. Does anyone kno what I can do to get it to work again it’s been over a month. PLEASE HELP I miss my game....

    If you haven't , just update the game , if the problem still persists send a ticket.

    i am having a similar problem. I was playing and about to enter a valor quest and the game froze, crashed, and now stays stuck on the Marvel screen.
