Didn’t get my rewards for completing chapter 2 of event quest 100%

I don’t have screenshots of before and after the completion, so I don’t have much proof regarding the matter-but if someone could have a look into this, it would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
(I have tried restarting the game, it didn’t work)
