Fanmade Hulk Buff (Not Request)

Hello everyone! Today I bring you something that has been stewing in my mind for a while now. I imagine a lot of us have a 5 and/or 6* version of Hulk. At least, those who have played for a good while and have opened many champions. My father who also plays the game loved using Hulk when he first started the game a while back, but as with most OG champs, they aren't exactly of much use any more. And Hulk doesn't really feel that incredible. So, I have decided to bring everyone what I think would cause some Smashing results. Let me know what you think! Would you want to see Hulk buffed in a similar way? Or do you think Hulk would benefit from a different set of abilities?
- Character Class: Science
- Basic Abilities: Stun, Armor Break, Fury, Unstoppable
- Hulk's Special 1 and 2 have a guaranteed Stun to let you continue on putting the hurt on the opponent
- Armor Break
- Armor? Hah! What armor can stand against the Mighty Hulk's Fist? A heavy blow to the head is what the enemy needs
- Fury
- With the amount of Fury buffs Hulk can acquire, you will have no problem pulverizing the opponent
- His damage comes from his Fury buffs. He is immune while attacking, but don't let the opponent strike back
- Slow
- An easy way to get rid of both his damage and Unstoppable is with a slowing effect.
- Immunity to all Poison effects
- For every 15% of missing health, gain an Indefinite Fury buff (Max Stack of 4). These buffs increase Attack Rating by 300
Now, you may be wondering why these buffs are so weak. Well, it's for balancing. You'll see why in the next ability.
- Lose 1 Anger stack every 0.4 seconds. This is paused for 1.5 seconds upon gaining 1 or more Anger stacks
- Gain 15 Anger Stacks when landing a basic attack, or being struck by any of the opponent's attacks
- When either champion throws a special attack, gain 40 Anger Stacks. This is increased by +5 for every Personal Fury effect
- Each Anger stack increases Personal Fury effect potency by 0.375% (0.1875% for non Personal Fury effects). Additionally, gain +0.1% Damage resistance per Anger Stack (This effect is halved when fighting a Skill opponent)
- When Struck by the first hit of the opponent's combo, consume up to 100 Anger stacks to gain an Unstoppable passive lasting 0.03 seconds per Stack consumed (Cooldown of 7 seconds). This does not trigger if stunned or Intercepted, or if the Unstoppable is less than 1 second long. If an Unstoppable fails to trigger due to these conditions, instead gain 75 Anger stacks (Cooldown of 5 seconds). If a Slow effect is applied to Hulk, purify it immediately and lose 100 Anger Stacks (Cooldown of 3.5 seconds)
When at max Anger Stacks, Personal Fury effects gain +150% potency and non-Personal gain +75%. Additionally, Hulk gains +40% Damage Resistance. Not only that, but he has some Unstoppable to help keep your attack going strong.
- When Struck, this Outrage is paused for 1.5 seconds. Cooldown of 2 seconds
- All Attacks become Unblockable
- Unstoppable suffers from -(100 - 0)% Ability Accuracy
- Create a Passive Rage effect for every personal Fury effect, including when they are activated. Each Rage increases Attack rating equal to (40 - 100)% of the Fury it copied.
- Anger Stacks can no longer fall off or be removed. When this Outrage ends however, all Anger stacks are removed
Now, when I was thinking of what to make his Signature Ability, I originally thought perhaps regeneration or added Utility. Ultimately though, as you can see, I decided, why not double his Fury effects? Again! Pair this with his SP3 and put the Doom Slap to shame
- Fury effects are paused for the duration of the special. Additionally, reduce the opponent's Evade and Autoblock Ability Accuracy by 20% per Fury effect
- For every Fury effect ignore 20% of the opponent's Armor, Physical Resistance, and Damage resistance (Max of 100%)
- If awakened, deal a burst of Physical damage equal to 20% of modified attack per rage effect on Hulk
Ahh, Special Attacks. Everybody's favorite way to obliterate the opponent. Hulk's specials are of no exception. Build up your Fury effects with that Special 3 and build their potency with Anger Stacks. And if Awakened, well, even better. Build up to 400 Anger stacks and throw a Special 3 to maximize your damage
Hulk:
- If Unawakened, activate his signature Ability at Sig 1. If already awakened, Gain a Rage debuff for 10 seconds each time a Fury buff is gained or a Special Attack is thrown. This effect stacks up to 5 times. These debuffs have no effect
- Solo Synergy: Only Affects this champion and does not stack
All Synergy Members:
- +10% Base Attack rating for every Synergy Member on the team. This is reduced by -5% for every non-Synergy member on the team (This cannot fall below +0% Base Attack rating)
- Unique Synergy: Does not stack with Duplicate Synergies
All Synergy Members:
- +255 Critical Rating
All Synergy Members:
- +225 Armor Rating
All Synergy Members:
- +175 Critical Damage Rating
OG Hulk Buff:
Hulk's Mechanics:
When people think of Hulk, they usually think HULK SMASH right? Well now his kit is all about being as aggressive as possible! Smash your opponent's into oblivion with his Fury and, if awakened, Rage abilities! Build Anger Stacks to increase the potency of all Fury effects.
Base Stats & Abilities:
- This buff is based off a 5/65 5* champion.- Character Class: Science
- Basic Abilities: Stun, Armor Break, Fury, Unstoppable
Strengths:

Abilities:
The following Stats and Abilities are based on a Rank 5, Level 65, 5-Star ChampionPassive:
- While Attacking, and 0.2 seconds after landing a hit or hitting a block, become immune to all Nullify and Stagger effects- Immunity to all Poison effects
Hulk Smash!:
- When Struck or Striking, 25% chance to gain a 7 second Fury buff that increases attack by 250. This stacks up to 2 times- For every 15% of missing health, gain an Indefinite Fury buff (Max Stack of 4). These buffs increase Attack Rating by 300

Special Three:
- Upon activation, duplicate all Personal Fury effects passively for 10 seconds. These Fury passives cannot be duplicated by another SP3, and have a Stack limit of 6Ahh, Special Attacks. Everybody's favorite way to obliterate the opponent. Hulk's specials are of no exception. Build up your Fury effects with that Special 3 and build their potency with Anger Stacks. And if Awakened, well, even better. Build up to 400 Anger stacks and throw a Special 3 to maximize your damage

Also, Hulk needs a bit more utility imo. Science is primarily a utility class.

Always Active
-Immune to all poisons of the Battlerealm
-Hulk can not critically strike. When he would critically strike, instead deal a burst of physical damage.
Anger (Persistent Mechanic)
-Maxes out 999
-Anger is continually gained throughout the course of a fight at a rate of 1 Anger per second.
-Lose 100 Anger for every fight you don't use Hulk. Can not go below 0.
-Being evaded enrages Hulk, causing him to go unstoppable, unblockable, and indestructible for 0.5 seconds.
-Hulk's resistance to ALL debuffs scales with his anger (for example: 10% resistant at 100 anger, 50% at 500 anger, and 99.99% at 999 anger).
-0-10,000 energy resistance based on Anger. (1,000 Energy resistance at 100 Anger, 5,500 energy resistance at 550 Anger, etc).
-Hulk gains a FURIOUS buff for every 10 Anger. Each FURIOUS buff provides +100 attack rating and +2 regeneration per second. Furious buffs max out at 99 stacks.
-Being stunned will reset Hulk's Anger to the previous hundred's place which will also removes the corresponding number of Furious buffs (for example: 75 Anger to 0 and 7 Furious buffs to 0, 198 Anger to 100 and 19 Furious buffs to 10, or 632 Anger to 600 and 63 Furious buffs to 60, etc). This also pauses anger gain for 10 seconds.
Walking Gamma Reactor (when Hulk reaches 999 Anger)
-Hulk starts emitting dangerous levels of Gamma Radiation.
-Apply 1 stack of Gamma to the opponent every 0.5 seconds while near them. Gamma stacks fall off 1 per 0.25 seconds while Hulk is far from the opponent. Gamma maxes out at 10 stacks.
-Each gamma debuff has the combined effects of 5% weakness, 8% power suppression, and a Poison debuff dealing 99 damage per second.
Too Angry To Go Down
-Once per quest, Hulk can expend 999 Anger in the pre-fight menu to revive at half health.
Heavy Attack (reworked animation - his classic double fisted ground pound).
- Guaranteed "critical" strike against a Gamma afflicted enemy.
- While Worldbreaker, each consecutive heavy attack deals double the damage of the previous heavy attack.
Special Attacks
-Deal true damage, ignoring all resistances and armor up effects.
-Unblockable when Worldbreaker is active.
Special Attack 1 - A Smashing Good Time (reworked animation - Hulk lets out a might roar before jumping to the enemy and delivering a series of 3 powerful blows)
-Inflict a slow debuff for 25 seconds
-While Wordbreaker, if used when the enemy has 10 stacks of Gamma debuffs, convert the Gamma debuffs into a Radiated debuff for 10 seconds. A radiated enemy is continually power drained 1% of their max power every second, will be 100% more defensive, and has -100% resistances.
Special Attack 2 - Thunderclap
-Inflict a 0-99.99%% Disorient debuff for 20 seconds. Potency scales with Anger.
-While Worldbreaker, pauses Gamma stack decay for the duration of the disorient.
Special Attack 3 - Worldbreaker (reworked animation - Thunderclap, enemy hits the back wall and bounces off to fall on the ground, Hulk jumps high into the air, and lands with a double fisted ground pound, producing gamma radiated cracks everywhere).
-If Hulk has less than 999 Anger, instantly gain 50 Anger and gain a Maddened passive which doubles Anger gain for 25 seconds.
-If Hulk has 999 Anger, gain a Worldbreaker passive for 25 seconds. Worldbreaker passive is paused for 0.5 seconds while successfully hitting the enemy, hitting into the enemy's block, blocking an attack, or being attacked. Worldbreaker is also paused during all special attacks.
Signature Ability - Always Angry
-Start the fight with Maddened or Worldbreaker active for 4-12 seconds.
-Gain resistance to Nullify and fate seal. Resistance is equal to number of Furious buffs.
I'm sure I forgot a detail or two which I would have liked to add but this would be my unbalanced Hulk buff, more or less
- A Collossus type kit but instead of armors his kit revolves around Fury or Rage buffs
- Enrage stacks that deal additional physical damage like Hercules & Redhulk
- A percentage of regen for any kind of damage taken like Ghulk in face me but with a lesser potency (like 15-30% depending on sig level)
- Immunity to nullify stagger type abilities
- Decent amount of resistance to most DOT debuffs
- Some minor armor break abilities
- Increased damage at lower health or increase in damage as the fight goes on longer & longer like Venompool
- Stun Immunity while dashing in on the opponent
- For utility he can have some Apoc style mechanic where he reduces ability accuracy of evades auto block miss etc.
- Passive immunity to AAR except against skill champions
When I think of Hulk I think about smashing & big numbers so I want him more to be a raw damage champ (something that the science class lacks) instead of a balanced one with more utility
