What should I focus on for progress and roster?

Hi guys,
I’m a returning player who beat Act 6 when it was fairly new content and quit the game shortly after. Coming back it seems like I just need to r3 a 6 star to achieve a big title as far as rewards are concerned. I’m at 50% of a science t5CC to rank up my CapIW.
What are my best options to complete the science t5cc? Variants? Act 7? Ive been completing EQ and got lucky enough to get science out of the selector but the 2% gems are way too much of a gamble to chase.
Here is my roster. Not sure if it’s good enough for Act 7 or if I have good champs for a specific variant. I have mats and rank up gems to rank up some 5 stars or 6 stars if it would help completing some content. I also have 3 generic 5* AG, 2 cosmic, 2 mutant, and a mystic.
I also pulled a 5* Stryfe not pictured I got from chasing Mags in mutant/skill crystals.
