23k Loyalty for 10% HP boost?

I know all things considered the Loyalty store update is great, you can basically hoard loyalty to get what you need AG rank up material and so on, play AW just by using 1loyalty 40% revives instead of buying 20K potions but I recall the rainbow boosts cost around 8k which was still affordable and reasonable towards any kind of questing, now 23k?
Is it just me who thinks it’s a bit overpriced?
