Can't complete quest

in Bugs and Known Issues
I am at the end of a quest and it will not load the last fight. I believe I'm at the end of 2.2 Thor monthly quest. It also is showing the science boss with 0 PI. When I load the fight it goes thru the dialog with no one on the screen and then starts to load the fight but just never does.

Anyone else running into this?
