Hey there, the team found the issue with his damage drop off and is working on a fix for it. The Attack Rating bonus he gets from his Stick’s Apprentice ability was improperly scaling based on non-damaging Debuffs gained throughout the entire fight, rather than those on him at the time, resulting in some higher than intended damage. Since the bonus also scales down with each Debuff, it would then scale down farther than intended as well, eventually resulting in much lower than intended damage. The fix should make it so he’s only scaling based on Debuffs on him at the moment, which may drop off some of the damage spikes, but will also prevent him from lowering his Attack Rating below his base. Even after this, he’ll still be coming away with higher damage than he had in the previous patch though.

Thank you so much (again) @Kabam Zibiit !

Tbh removing the 5% bonus penalty from his kit would be the best solution. I may be wrong though.

I think he's fixed now. His damage is going up with debuffs, and down without debuffs. My 5-star was doing 2k light attacks vs a Knull.

Yeah, but to quote @Kabam Zibiit
“Even after this, he’ll still be coming away with higher damage than he had in the previous patch though.”
He’s hitting like a pillow again.
    So what gives?

Not sure. I tested mine recently, he didn’t seem all that powerful.

Is it because he can't really stack enough Rage to get any effect out of it?

He’s back to how he was, nerfed and neutered. His damage went up and Kabam panicked because God forbid DDHK end a fight in less than 100 hits.

They should rename DDHK to Sisyphus, as soon as you do 1 rotation you have the smallest of damage windows and then you wind up doing it all over again.

The most painful part is that Kabam won’t even monitor the champ’s data, the same way they did with Guillotine.
At least LOOK at the data and arrive to a conclusion before busting a NO and shutting the threads down.

Hmm... It is kind of sad

I was actually kind of having fun with his ramp-up (until it hit 0)

We'll have to hope that one day they actually do decide to give him (and Guillotine) another look.

I was having fun too! I was smiling ear to ear for two days.

It would be good if we could get the fix for this in the next patch, accepting that this could be anything from a one-line code change to something a lot more involved.

@Kabam Zibiit , any chance of a quick update? We appreciate the team looking into this.
