Chat Issue

I have a account and so does my son and both chats are not working and can not see how it could be a ban because we have never been on global and only talk in the alliance. Could it be any other issue because it works when it wants and then goes out? We use older devices to play on could this be the problem.

it happens to many ...i'm thinking a glitch ...a very odd one ...i think kabam was looking into it maybe?
